Local Orders

1. All orders ship using local courier. Tracking details available upon request.
2. Orders above BND30 will receive free shipping.
3. Applicable for
   – Brunei Muara: Mukim Kota Batu, Mentiri, Gadong A, Gadong B, Berakas A, Berakas B, Kianggeh, Kilanas, Sengkurong, Lumapas, Pangkalan Batu, Kampong Ayer Jetty, Muara and Serasa only.
   – Tutong: Mukim Pekan Tutong, Keriam, Telisai and location along highway road only.
   – Kuala Belait: Mukim Kuala Belait, Seria, Sg Liang and location along highway road only.
   



4. 1- Deliveries outside the proximity listed above will be subject to additional charge and additional working day(s). Customers need to confirm delivery charges once they have received our confirmation order via email.
5. 2- Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be fulfilled upon confirmation of payment. Any orders placed after 5pm will not be processed until the next business day.
6. 3- Some orders can take longer if there are credit card authorization or security issues. Please make sure to provide your contact number in your order details.
7. 4- Shipping times cannot be guaranteed. Delivery delays can occur due to weather or other factors beyond our control.
