Goal! is ideal for children who are struggling to develop the basics of reading and who need structured systematic phonics-based reading books with a higher-interest age. The Goal programme is based round Letters and Sounds phonics scheme and offers structured progression over five levels. The workbook contains a combination of open-ended interactive games, and more traditional-style worksheets that link to the reading books.
